Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Warm 1/4 cup milk and dissolve espresso powder in it. Let cool.

Mix remaining milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and espresso mixture until sugar dissolves.

Pour into Ninja Creami pint container.

Freeze for 24 hours.

Process using the Gelato function.
