Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 drops red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

    Divide base mixture into three equal parts for vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate layers.

    Add vanilla extract to first part, strawberry puree and red coloring to second, cocoa to third.

    Layer carefully in Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.

    Process using the Ice Cream function gently to preserve layers.

    Re-spin for better texture while maintaining layer definition.
